Hitsumabushi!

The days are seriously getting harder to sit in class as I'm in a class that has mostly guys. Actually, I feel like I'm in a class of delinquents this time around. Hopefully I'll be able to get through these three months. Well, more like one and a half months. March isn't that far off. Lately, I've been studying at cafes so that I can study properly and move up faster. I guess I really want to move up into the morning classes so that I don't feel as stuck in the lower classes. Oh well. Study study study is all that I can really do at this point.

Ok, onto what I ate today. Well, it's really not all that exciting, but I ate Hitsumabushi. It's baked eel that you eat with rice and soup. It originates from Nagoya. I actually really enjoyed it, as I usually just have baked eel and rice, so this was something quite different. The sauce was quite thick and extremely flavorful that the soup added in made the flavoring just right. Quite yummy~.

Oh, and another interesting thing I ate was miso ramen, but it wasn't any miso ramen. This particular store, they're miso ramen was made with sesame oil and black sesame. I thought it was unique in flavor. I'll probably go back to these places again as they're one of a kind type of restaurants. I hope to find more interesting restaurants as time goes on. Ginza has so many interesting restaurants. I should probably stop hanging around there all the time though...

Anyway, time for bed. Housing stuff should be getting under way next week. Kind of excited. Kind of stressed. Hopefully there will be something good.
